Frequently Asked Questions

Quality and COAs, storage, ordering, shipping, and research-use-only compliance.

About our compounds

What are peptides?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids linked by peptide bonds. In research they are studied as highly specific signaling molecules. P3X Labs supplies them strictly as research compounds.
How do peptides differ from proteins?
Peptides are short chains, typically 2 to 50 amino acids. Proteins are longer chains, often more than 50 amino acids. Peptides are commonly studied as signaling molecules.
Are your compounds synthetic or naturally derived?
All compounds are synthetically produced using modern peptide synthesis, which supports high purity and batch-to-batch consistency.
Do your products contain additives or preservatives?
No. Products are free from unnecessary additives, fillers, or preservatives.
What form do products ship in?
Products ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder for stability and shelf life. We do not sell pre-mixed liquid product.
Do you offer pre-formulated blends?
Yes. We offer blends such as BPC-157 / TB-500 and CJC-1295 & Ipamorelin, alongside our category Stacks.
Can I request a compound that is not listed?
We expand the catalog regularly. Contact us to ask about availability or upcoming products.

Quality and Certificates of Analysis

How do you verify quality and purity?
Every batch is independently tested by an accredited third-party laboratory for identity, purity, and contaminants, with results documented in a Certificate of Analysis. See our COA Process.
What purity do you report?
Purity is reported per batch, typically at or above 99%, measured by HPLC, with identity confirmed by mass spectrometry.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Independent testing confirms identity, purity, and endotoxin, and is the basis for every COA. See our Testing Methodology.
Do you provide a Certificate of Analysis?
Yes. Every lot ships with a batch-specific COA. Scan the QR code on the vial to open that batch's COA.
How do I verify my product is authentic?
Each vial carries a lot number in the canonical FDT-YYYY-NNNNNN format and a scannable QR code that opens that batch's COA. The same lot number appears on our records and the shipping manifest.
Are your products tested for contaminants?
Yes. Endotoxin is screened using the LAL assay and reported in EU/mg on the COA, alongside identity and purity results.

Storage and handling

How should I store lyophilized product?
Store lyophilized product cold and dry for long-term stability, away from moisture, heat, and light, following standard laboratory practice. A freezer at roughly -20°C (-4°F) is typical for long-term storage.
Do products degrade over time?
Yes. Peptides degrade with exposure to moisture, heat, and light. Proper storage helps preserve their integrity for research.

Ordering and shipping

How is pricing structured?
Straightforward per-vial pricing, with no coupon codes required. Our protocol Stacks bundle related compounds at a discount.
Where do you ship from and to?
Orders ship from our USA-based facility. See our Shipping Policy for regions and details.
How much is shipping, and when is it free?
Shipping rates and available methods are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. See our Shipping Policy.
How fast do orders ship?
