Research Use Only Agreement

All products are sold exclusively for in vitro research, laboratory, or analytical purposes. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not for human or veterinary consumption, injection, inhalation, topical application, or any other form of bodily introduction, nor for any clinical, therapeutic, or medical use. These products have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any other regulatory body.

You agree that products purchased from P3X Labs will not be used for:

• Human or animal consumption
• Clinical, therapeutic, or medical purposes
• Recreational use
• Food, dietary, or cosmetic applications
• Any use outside a legitimate laboratory or scientific research setting

You may not resell, distribute, or transfer products for any use inconsistent with this agreement. Any indication of such use constitutes a violation of this agreement.

You represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher or affiliated with a legitimate laboratory, academic, or scientific institution, that you are at least 21 years of age and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you are acquiring products for legitimate research use only. P3X Labs does not sell to individuals under 21, and you agree to provide valid government-issued identification on request.

You are solely responsible for handling, storing, and using products safely and in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, regulations, institutional policies, and safety standards. Failure to do so voids all obligations of P3X Labs under this agreement.

P3X Labs, its owners, employees, and agents will never provide guidance, recommendations, or information, explicit or implicit, regarding human or animal use of any product. Any inquiry related to personal use will result in refusal of service.

P3X Labs makes no medical claims, express or implied, about the safety, effectiveness, or intended use of its products, and makes no representation that any product is suitable for any particular purpose beyond research. Products are provided "as is" and "as available," but will conform, at the batch level, to the written specifications and Certificate of Analysis provided for that production lot. Except for batch-level conformance to those written specifications, P3X Labs disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in this agreement excludes any warranty that cannot legally be disclaimed under applicable law.

You acknowledge that improper handling or misuse of research chemicals may pose risks, and by purchasing, possessing, or using products from P3X Labs you assume all such risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, P3X Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, storage, handling, or disposal of its products. In no event shall the total liability of P3X Labs exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this agreement limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot legally be disclaimed. You release and waive any legal claims against P3X Labs, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates arising from the purchase, handling, use, misuse, or disposal of these research compounds.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless P3X Labs, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees), fines, penalties, and regulatory actions resulting from your purchase, possession, storage, handling, use, or disposal of these compounds, or any violation of this agreement, including any misuse, injury, property damage, or third-party claim related to these products.

Products sold by P3X Labs are not drugs, medications, or pharmaceutical preparations as defined by United States law. P3X Labs is a chemical supplier. It is not a compounding pharmacy or compounding facility under Section 503A, and not an outsourcing facility under Section 503B, of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Any communication, conduct, or documentation suggesting intent to misuse products will result in immediate refusal of service, order cancellation, and potential account termination. P3X Labs reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion to ensure compliance with this agreement and applicable laws.

This agreement is binding upon you and your heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement remains in effect and is interpreted to best reflect the intent of the parties. This agreement is governed by applicable United States law, and the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement.

Placing an order constitutes your acceptance of this Research Use Only Agreement, and your electronic acceptance constitutes a valid and legally binding signature. If you do not agree to every clause above, do not purchase or use these products.
