By purchasing, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, that you are a qualified researcher or institution, and that your purchase and intended use comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

All products are sold strictly for research, laboratory, or analytical purposes. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices, and are not for human or veterinary consumption. See our Research Use Only Agreement for the full terms of use.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect a product may be used for a prohibited purpose.

Payment is due at the time of purchase unless separate terms have been agreed for a qualified account. You are responsible for any applicable taxes and duties.

Shipping timelines are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for details on dispatch and tracking.

Because these are research compounds, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, issue refunds, or cancel or modify an order once it has been placed, except where a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect (see our Shipping Policy).

We publish a Certificate of Analysis for every lot. Product descriptions are provided for research reference only and are not instructions for use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, P3X Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
